Lauren Tam

With a particular interest in climate resiliency and community engagement, Lauren is committed to making a difference in people’s lives. Born and raised in the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong, she got to know a radically new, pastoral landscape as a high school student in Bristol, England. She returned to her hometown with interests in geography and art, proceeding to earn her BLA from the University of Hong Kong before heading to the Rhode Island School of Design for her MLA. Lauren joined Reed Hilderbrand in 2022, bringing with her two years of professional experience as an Assistant Landscape Designer at AECOM Hong Kong, where her projects ranged from land-use feasibility studies to commercial and residential development. Here she contributes to several public-facing projects in Texas. In her free time, Lauren likes to rock climb and skateboard.
