Michelle is an organizational strategist gifted in promoting interpersonal relationships amid Reed Hilderbrand’s fast-paced design culture. She hails from Abilene, Texas. Interested from a young age in how people interact with each other, Michelle studied psychology at Texas A&M and mental health counseling at Sam Houston State. Since joining in 2017, she has provided crucial support to the firm’s principals. Liberated by more forgiving temperatures since moving to the Northeast, Michelle loves to people-watch and read from the sunny lawn in front of the Cambridge Public Library and explore local pocket parks. She specializes in unusual salad concoctions and has both competed in and coached for strongman competitions.
