Kyle Needham

Kyle is a city dweller. Having grown up in Somerville, she has moved a few times throughout her life but has always remained in Greater Boston.  She enjoys the hustle and bustle of city life and finds urban development fascinating. Vibrant new places like Seaport and Assembly Row intrigue Kyle because of their creation from what seems like nothingness.  

Kyle joined Reed Hilderbrand in 2024 after twenty-three years working at Bank of America where she was the Executive Assistant to the Office of the Chairman. She’s been enjoying the challenge of working alongside all eight of Reed Hilderbrand’s principals, learning the intricacies of landscape architecture operations from the ground up.  

Kyle is looking forward to traveling more and loves spending time with her children and their families in her spare time, especially her seven grandchildren.
